COMTL's clinical data represents a valuable organizational asset for improving quality of care, research and development of new practices, and advanced business management. This presentation will provide an overview of the entire data lifecycle: from collection to end use.

Short bio:

With a bachelor's degree in economics and a master's in public administration, Pierre Lemay has been working in the healthcare network for nearly 15 years. He has held various positions in data analysis and governance, performance management and decision support. As Deputy Director of Performance and Data Valorization, he works to deploy a culture of measurement, performance management and continuous improvement.
